Select your Workorder and track your products along the production line to identify which work cell encountered issues.

Instructions

• Create MQTT_Kafka_analytics_bridge

  • Create a custom DFC with the following Input, Processing, and Output configurations:

    

  • Input

  • Processing

  • Output

• Import Node-RED simulator

  • Access http://<HOST>:1880/nodered in your browser

  • Go to the top right and select Import

    

  • Paste in the code below and deploy the flow

  • Node-RED

  • To trigger the simulator, press the inject node (Start Work-Order creation) to generate messages

  

• Import Grafana dashboards

  • Access http://<HOST>:8080
  • Login with your credentials, found in the MGMT-Console Applications tab

  

  • Navigate to Administration > Plugins and Data > Plugins

  

  • Change the State selector form Installed to All

    

  • Search for volkov and install Business Forms by Volkov Labs

  • Navigate to Dashboards and import the following dashboards

  

  • Grafana Dashboards

  • Go to the landing page and open the dashboard settings

    

  • adjust the dashboard links ("Quality process drilldown" and "Back") to your host

    

  • Repeat these steps for the Analyze dashboard
